Zalud is a food delivery concept where you can order home cooked meals made by real chefs. The purpose of this app is to provide healthy meals with high quality ingredients while reducing the steps it takes to get to the checkout page.

It has been empirically proven by behavioral scientist that people do enjoy having many options when it comes to choice of food but at the same time having a wide variety creates friction for a user to actually pick an option.

One of Zalud's main design features was decreasing the user's Checkout Flow so that it would be easier to achieve higher conversion within the sales funnel.

Result

After many testing scenarios with actual users I arrived at a very simple app that provided its users with a controlled selection of different dishes while simplifying the checkout process to provide users a more frictionless experience that will translate into higher conversion rates.
